as required.The successful candidate will be responsible for the
following:Maintaining the cleanliness of all areas of the kitchen,
ensuring the kitchen floor area is clean from any debris or spillages
at all times.Working and taking direction from the chefs as
required.Deep clean of the kitchen as per the cleaning schedule in
place.Operating the dish washing machine and ensuring there is a clean
supply of crockery, cutlery and kitchenware at all times. This role
will involve heavy duty pot washPutting away deliveries and storing
stock correctly.Dealing with food waste and changing bins
regularly.Ensure the kitchen equipment is in working order and report
any maintenance issues.To ensure that food hygiene and health and
safety regulations are adhered to at all times.Requirements:Must have
a minimum 1 year experience working in catering /busy kitche
